1. Samsung

 Samsung is a South Korean multinational conglomerate company headquartered in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It was founded in 1938 as Samsung Electro-Mechanics (abbreviated SEMI) and changed its name to Samsung in 1969. As of 2017, it employs over 600,000 people worldwide and operates in 190 countries around the world.

 2. Apple

 The first Apple I personal computer was introduced in 1976, and it was originally called the Apple II before getting its current name. Since the early 1980's, Apple has been led by Steve Jobs who became CEO in 1983. Under his leadership, Apple began selling color graphical user interface software for digital platforms including the Lisa computer and Macintosh. In 1997, he returned to lead Apple after stepping down as CEO in 1985. Today, Apple is still run by his widow Laurene Powell Jobs.

 3. Blackberry

 Blackberry is a Canadian communications technology company based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, best known for their line of smartphones. Founded by Mike Lazaridis and Douglas Fregin, the company went public in May 2007. Their flagship product is the BlackBerry smartphone, currently sold under various incarnations throughout the world by several wireless service providers.

 4. Nokia

 Nokia is a Finnish multinational electronics corporation headquartered in Espoo, Finland, and a member of the FTSE 100 Index. Its headquarters were previously located in Hennala, near Helsinki. The company designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and sells mobile devices, consumer electronic products, automotive products, location-based services, and enterprise IT solutions.

 5. Motorola

 Motorola Mobility, Inc., commonly referred to as just Motorola, is an American multinational manufacturer of mobile telecommunication devices headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lenovo.

 6. Sony

 Sony Corporation (Japanese:ソニー株式会社), often referred to simply as Sony, is a Japanese multinational technology company headquartered in Minato, Tokyo. In addition to its consumer electronics businesses, the company is active in many technologies including gaming, semiconductors, financial services, audio, film production, and cable television networks.

 7. HTC

 HTC Corporation, often stylized as HTC, is a Taiwanese multinational company headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. It is primarily involved in smartphones and related technologies.


 8. LG

 LG Electronics Inc. (Hangul: 롯데기업) is a South Korean consumer electronics conglomerate that manufactures a range of electronic products such as computers, television sets, home appliances and telecommunications equipment.

 9. Huawei

 Huawei was founded in 1987 by three former employees of China’s ZTE Corporation. Initially, Huawei only manufactured radio equipment, but over time, the company expanded into many different industries. Huawei is currently one of the largest providers of telecom equipment in the world today. Its smartphone business alone generates annual revenues of nearly $20 billion.
